It is a great blade to use. You do have to watch your finger as the blade points backwards near the handle. Also I wanted the blue coloured handle but received the green.
The knife is so beautiful, that I also ordered a magnetic wall knife bar to store and display my knives. The quality is excellent and I will be ordering more knives to add to my collection.
Absolutely love the knives I purchased. They are beautiful to look at and very, very sharp. Cooking is a joy with these knives. Very happy, hope to get the rest of them soon!
I received the knife yesterday and was delighted when I saw it. It was heavier than expected but that actually pleased me as it reflected quality. The handle is very comfortable and beautiful to look at and the packaging was good. I can't wait to try out the knife and will almost certainly buy more.

With my superior santoku knife, I can easily handle my kitchen tasks swiftly whether i’m mincing, slicing, chopping, cutting vegetables, butter, chocolates, cheese or meat etc. It’s definitely a good tool to aid in your everyday cooking & baking needs.
With one hand, it cuts easily into hard butter or chocolate, it dices my cheese & onions so efficiently.

This knife is perfectly balanced and very sharp. Though costly, I can see the workmanship that has gone into making it, and can understand the price. The handle is beautiful, and the steel has a gorgeous pattern to it; it is a joy to look at. I look forward to enjoying its use for many years to come and will invest in some more matching knives over time.

The small pairing 5 inch Haruta knife has been absolutely fantastic, looks amazing, performed well and after some extended use I have sharpened it with a whetstone and it is just like brand new again! I would really recommend if you need a small functional knife.

This knife is great. I have tried typical store bought brand which have been good but never fantastic. I bought this based on a TikTok review and have to say it was the best decision I ever made. Chopping vegetables and meats isn’t daunting anymore.

This knife was bought as a gift for my partner for Christmas who is very much into his cooking setup. Initially I was sent the wrong item, to which the Santoku team was very quick to rectifying and I revived the original order before Christmas. My partner loves the knife, it is beautifully created and we couldn’t be happier. I will be purchasing more of the set because of the amazing quality and the fantastic customer service I received from them
They’re elegant, perfectly balanced, sharp as you like (though do keep a good sharpener handy for best results) and I have a full set now. Love them. Have to say I really wish I’d gone for all blue and red, much nicer than the black.
Working in a professional kitchen requires me to have a strong and reliable knife which this is. The edges give it a perfect slicing end to carve and mark while the blade gives a beautiful cutting angle. The knife itself is gorgeous and with every handle being unique gives it that personal touch, I 100% reccomend this for home and professional use to everyone

The knives are beautiful and wicked sharp. Unfortunately the tip of the chefs knife broke off about a month into owning them. Not sure how, they are hanging on a magnet not in a drawer or anything. Not the end of the world it still cuts everything just thought it would be a bit more robust for the price.
